• Our apartments are completely furnished and fully equipped with all which is necessary to enjoy your holiday.

• Bed linen (goose or synthetic downs).

• Final cleaning (kitchen corner excluded).
• Free use of MTB & citybike in summer (one MTB and one citybike for each apartment).

• In the apartment SUITE: use od the finnish sauna, including bathrobe and towel.

General conditions

Check-in

Our guests will be able to check-in starting from 3:00 pm on their arrival day.

Check-out

Our guests will check-out until 9:30 am on their departure day.

BOOKING / DEPOSIT

When making your reservation, you’ll be asked to pay a 30% deposit of the full price. The reservation will be valid only after having received the amount due. It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival, without paying any cancellation fee. Starting from 29 days until no show, the whole deposit will be hold back.

Services subject to payment

• Laundry.
• Washing machine (with token).
• Kitchen corner cleaning - if dirty - €30,00.
• Additional change of bedlinen or towels, during the week.
• Extra charge for additional bed.
